Elon Musk’s SpaceX is preparing to launch the latest prototype of its next-generation Starship rocket on Wednesday, in the third high-altitude flight test of the system.
Starship prototype rocket Serial Number 10, or SN10, will aim to launch and fly as high as 10 kilometers, or about 32,800 feet in altitude. The rocket is built of stainless steel, representing the early versions of the rocket that Musk unveiled in 2019.
SpaceX fired the rocket’s engines briefly for a launch attempt at about 3:15 p.m. ET but a “slightly conservative high thrust limit” caused the rocket to abort the attempt, Musk said in a tweet.

After her divorce, Michelle Boyle, 54, said she had no savings whatsoever. Now, she runs two businesses renting out four tiny homes she built herself, as well as four teardrop trailers she renovated.
Boyle told Insider that in the early 2000s, she was a recently divorced single mother of two struggling from paycheck to paycheck, fearful she would never manage to retire.
"At that point in time, I had not saved a single dime for retirement. I was just kind of scraping by supporting my two kids, no child support, that kind of scenario," she said.
She kept this up for 12 years, but as soon as her kids were off to college, she decided that things needed to change.

A fight on a flight caused fright in the sky.
An American Airlines flight from Dallas-Fort Worth to Los Angeles was diverted to Phoenix after an in-flight passenger altercation, the company confirmed.
Two passengers got into a fight with another passenger who asked them to stop using a racial slur, Phoenix police told Yahoo. The Feb. 24 flight eventually continued to LAX.
"Upon arrival, the flight was met by local law enforcement who removed and arrested two individuals for verbally and physically assaulting other customers and flight crew members," an American Airlines statement read. "Their behavior was disturbing and unacceptable."
