The death toll rose to 98 after a magnitude 7.0 earthquake rocked the Indonesian island of Lombok and nearby Bali on Sunday, damaging buildings, sending terrified residents and tourists running into the streets and triggering a brief tsunami warning.
President Joko Widodo urged the speedy evacuation of casualties, calling for more flights to be sent to the affected areas.

つまり、温暖化を一事象ではなく、総合的に気象変動としています。
ここに英語を学ぶ意味があります、日本は翻訳大国で、原本に当たらず、訳者の意見を通して知識を入れています。訳者が意図を持って誤訳、意訳をしても、日本人はそのまま受け入れて、世界とちょっと違った知識を世界ではこう言っているというような間違った解釈をすることもあるのです。

New scientific research suggests that unless there are heavy cuts in carbon emissions, climate change will lead to humid heatwaves that could push the area "against the boundaries of habitability" by 2070.
The results of the study of China's northern plain, which includes the capital Beijing, are particularly worrying because many of the region's 400 million people are farmers exposed to climactic conditions.
