WASHINGTON, Sept 25 (Reuters) - The North Korean foreign minister's statement that the United States has declared war on Pyongyang is "absurd," the White House said on Monday.

北朝鮮外務大臣の声明で、米国がピョンヤンに対し宣戦布告をしたとする声明を馬鹿げていると、ホワイトハウス筋は月曜日語った。
