久々の気性の記事です、こんにちは、英語の習慣化の題材です。

NOAA(The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration : 米国海洋気象局)が気象に関する興味深いProjectを公開しております。

Museumなどで見られる大画面での、風や海流などの地球規模での動きを見られる “Science On a  Sphere” と呼ばれる物です。

尚、iPhoneやiPadをお持ちの方々は、アプリとして、SOS  Explore が用意されております。

What is Science On a Sphere®?
Science On a Sphere® (SOS) displays global data the way it should be viewed - on a sphere! It is a room sized, global display system that uses custom software, computers, and video projectors to display planetary visualizations (and much more!) onto a large sphere, analogous to a giant animated globe.

In order to engage and captivate audiences, provide the latest technological advances, and promote learning, the SOS team is continually refining and adding new features and content to SOS.
